Injection Administration Skills

Introduction of the module

Injection administration is a common procedure that every nurse would be performing as a part of daily clinical routine. This course helps to review the procedure of medication administration via intramuscular, subcutaneous and intradermal route and acquires the skills.

Objective:

This module help the learner to:

• Understand the concepts and principles related to injection administration
• Demonstrate the techniques of intramuscular injection administration
• Demonstrate the techniques of subcutaneous injection administration
• Demonstrate the techniques of intradermal injection administration
